It penetrates the root to help stop hair thinning, reactivate inactive follicles, whilst strengthening and revitalising the hair follicle to grow new, thicker hair.4
Minoxidil is the only clinically proven treatment for female pattern hair loss and it’s the active ingredient in REGAINE® for Men and Women Solution Solution and helps to promote hair growth in 4 ways28:
1.Reverses miniaturisation of follicles
2.Increases blood flow around follicles
3.Stimulates follicle movement from resting to hair growth phase
4.Extends each follicle’s growth phase
During the first few weeks of use, there may be a temporary increase in hair shedding.3 This is a good sign and means that the new hair growth cycle is beginning! If the shedding lasts longer than 2 weeks, stop using the product and talk to your doctor
